I see a relentless love for Jake here. From 1 through 6...lol! (And Heath, too, sort of)

*grins* Before Brokeback Mountain, I've never watched any Jake Gyllenhaal movies. It's called.... making up for lost time. :)

October Sky is up there on the just-watched list. ;) Seriously, I've never watched any Jake Gyllenhaal movie, and I can't believe what I have been missing out all these years. ;)

Ok, from that list...

I can't wait to see Brokeback Mountain! It is going to be my treat to myself once I have finished my exams and I have time to go!

The Day After Tomorrow, A Knight's Tale, Pride and Prejudice (the new one) are all good films too. I am impartial about Indiana Jones, and I haven't seen the others. Wouldn't mind seeing Jarhead though...

So there is my two cents worth :D

Brokeback Mountain is really good! Although some of my friends were squicked out by watching two hot guys kiss onscreen, I decided to watch it anyway and I was pleasantly surprised.

As for Pride and Prejudice, I prefer Colin Firth as Mr Darcy. :)

Yeah, I am actually quite looking forward to the kissing scene - rather curious about that...

I was one of those people who missed out on all the hype about the original P&P, but I have also seen it. However, I am a fan of the new one too...

Happy viewing :D

Well, I have just come back from seeing Brokeback Mountain with [info]clarachan. I enjoyed it. It was sad. It was rather like everyother love story, with a slight twist I guess. I didn't think there was ANY chemistry between the two guys at the start (when they were on the mountain) but then, especially the first time they saw each other after all those years, I felt that there was actually quite a bit of chemistry. Kudos to the actors for making it so believable!!

Well worth the ticket price...

p.s. Anne Hathaway was quite different too!

I have a really bad habit of watching everything at one go. I was only interrupted when I went to London for a friend's birthday over the weekend. ;)

It was great! I had fun meeting up with friends and going clubbing. However, for some reason, I was feeling tired most of the time.

I just watched Hornblower: The Even Chance last night. It was great (I have seen them all before AGES ago so I can't remember all that much). It was all the more interesting now that I am actually IN the Navy, as I understood all the rank structures and terms and could 'really identify' with it :p
